Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a gluten free certified facility?
No, we bake many types of wholesome breads that are made from wheat and wheat products. We are very particular with thorough cleaning of our equipment, but we do not guarantee no cross contamination. We also use egg, soy and dairy products.
How is my bread shipped?
We ship overnight via UPS and shipping charge is minimal within New Hampshire. All orders are baked fresh and shipped Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday. Please allow 72 hours for your order to be processed, baked and shipped out. We do not ship Friday through Sunday to ensure freshness.
How should I store my breads?
We recommend refrigeration. We use only natural preservatives. Upon purchase, refrigeration or freezing will prolong the shelf life.
Do you have a good French bread recipe?
My favorite is to cut the bread in half. Brush a mixture of fresh garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, basil, onion and fresh mozzarella cheese. Wrap in tin foil and bake in oven @ 350 for 15 min.
